Royal Dragons is based in Leeds, West Yorkshire, all reptiles available on this site are for sale in the Uk only.

Guarantee
Before any reptile is made available for sale we ensure that they are feeding and growing well. All reptiles are given a varied and balanced diet, they are supplemented with the necessary vitamins and minerals to ensure the future health and wellbeing. We guarantee the reptiles for 24 hours after purchase, if you have any concerns over the reptile’s wellbeing contact us within this time. After 24 hours we have no further physical responsibility for them.
We want to ensure the life of any reptile purchased from Royal Dragons is long and healthy, so we provide a lifetime help and advice service, if you have any queries or questions you can email us and we will endeavour to answer any retile questions you may have.

Reservations
If you want to reserve a particular reptile we can do this on receipt of a 20% non-refundable deposit of the total value of the reptile/s. We will reserve the reptile/s for 2 weeks, we can arrange a longer reservation time at additional cost for maintenance, and prices would be dependant on duration, reptile and quantity.
If the reptile is not collected/couriered by the end of the agreed reservation period the reptile will be re-advertised and the deposit retained. In the event that we cannot provide you with the reptile you reserved we will return the full deposit you paid.
We can accept Paypal payments and cheque payments for reservations.

Payment
We operate a first come first serve basis at Royal Dragons, if you are collecting a reptile from us payment can be made on collection (cash only) If you are wanting to courier your reptile we will need to receive full payment before any reptiles are released from us (cheques must have cleared). If you are making a payment via Paypal there is a 4% fee of any monies transferred via this service. Once a price has been agreed, we will not alter, reduce or accept any other payment amount.

Sexing
If you require a particular sex when purchasing a reptile we will do our up most to ensure that you get the correct gender. We do not guarantee that this will be 100% accurate as it is sometimes difficult to determine sex especially in young reptiles. Adults are easier to determine so sexing is more accurate. As we cannot guarantee sex, we cannot offer refunds if gender is incorrect.

Courier
Prices for courier are calculated individually and vary due to distance, size/quantity of item, and date. Once courier has been arrange and paid for arrangements cannot be altered. If you are unable to receive delivery on the arranged date, we will endeavour to accommodate this but if this is not possible the price of courier will be retained, and any other delivery arrangements must be paid for in addition.

Royal Dragons reserve the right to refuse refund where we feel bad husbandry or poor handling has been used.
